When I hear the word redeem, I immediately think of all the coupons I have lying around the house. At some point I thought they could be useful. “Hey! This is for one dollar off my favorite popcorn!” But, almost without fail, I forget about them and they expire. I find them later, crumpled up in the corner of a drawer—useless.
Thank God His redemption never expires. We can be saved from the wrath of God, once and for all, though the blood of Christ.
Thank God his “coupons” NEVER expire.
Please join me tomorrow for something that took longer than five minutes to write.
Help Barb, I’m writing and I can’t stop!

Tina, I think it’s awesome that you got the joke! I was writing so fast I forgot to put a comma after Barb. Thanks for reading. I’m happy for 👀 on my blog! I appreciate you! God Bless.

My favorite part was “Help Barb, I’m writing and I can’t stop!” 🤣😂🤣😂🤣 Sorry, that’s probably not what you want to hear. It did make me laugh.
No, the rest of it is great too! Of course it is! It’s about Jesus! He will forgive me! You can forgive me too, please, David. 🙂

Praise the Lord for His ‘coupons’ that never expire; I love that; how thankful I am for this fact

Thanks, Gary. It was Barb, at “My Life in Our Father’s World” who put me up to it. I thought it would be a one and done thing. But here I am, trying it again. My usual practice is to write my posts several weeks in advance.
Thank you for sharing. Blessings.

Amen to this on both accounts!! Redemption is always available, never expires but yesterday’s coupons….not so much 😊 God loves us unconditionally always and with his salvation we are constantly and consistently renewed by His grace and mercy. Eternally 🙏
