Here’s an Easter micro poem from my other site, All Haiku. Happy Resurrection Sunday to all. 🙏❤️ prayers and love.
past the ping-pong spring
the flowers come back alive
like Christ from the dead
Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me, though he may die, he shall live.”
John 11:25 (NKJV)

Thank you, Nancy! The ping-pong reference came from Gary Fultz (the guy who took the picture) as he described spring in Northern Minnesota in an earlier post. I borrowed it for my haiku. ☺️ Thank you for reading and for your encouragement! God Bless.

Morning glory indeed on that first Easter!! And the glory has continued through the ages as Jesus offers eternal life to all–Hallelujah! As for ping-pong spring–that’s a perfect description for this time of year (Well done, David!), when snow might fall one day (like today, big flakes, though not for very long), with summer weather to follow (Saturday’s forecast: sunny, high of 81)! Personally, I think it’s great fun!

I agree! The resurrection of Christ is the spiritual template for our own eternal life in heaven. Happy Easter to, you as well!

This is one of the best verses in the Bible … Not that we should really rate Bible verses 😉 Happy Easter!

Yes. I like to write micro poetry, especially traditional haiku. The poems are mostly about nature with an appropriate scripture attached.
